so sorry, believe me we feel your pain & the pain of the family, we here lost a dealer/owner in July, & ten days later a service writer @ the same dealership, the "kill" zones in the U.S.A. just keeps expanding. Again our prayers are with you.

Thank you. Yes, he was a great guy. That's why the loss is felt so deeply.
A sad side note to the story is his daughter recently found out she's expecting, and she was waiting until the holidays to share the news with her dad, but never got the chance. This will be Shef's first grandchild.

Sorry to hear about this tragedy and you losing a friend. Sounds like he lived his life to the fullest and was an outstanding human being! RIP Shef!

my condolences big dave!! sounds like SHEF was a hell of a guy.it sucks that a guy like this serves his country survives Iraq and then gets taken out by a cage here at home.before this turns into a rant RIP SHEF.
