Anyone know what size windshield comes factory on the 13 cvo road glide?

I'm gonna an 8 or a 12'inch?

I had one and hated it. Lots of threads about them on this site. You also notice a lot of them have been put off for sale. Just saying

Agreed on the windvest. I've got a 12" light smoke and it's great!

I have a 12" dark smoke windvest and it looks great and is just the right height for me at 6' 2".

I have a 14" windvest. 5'9" and at my nose. Maybe a tad high but i see over it just fine. Works great but working on getting used to the look.

For sure the shape of the windshield is very important, however it is also very important to know :

- where the edge of the windshield is located according to your face ( eyes, nose, mouth, lower ... ) ?

- how far your face is from the edge of the windshield ( closer the better but difficult with a road glide ) ?

- which kind of helmet do you wear (if you are wearing any ?). Having half a dozen of helmets at home, I know the ones I will not wear for a long ride !


However enjoy the ride with a good piece of wind on your face and you will have a good sleep at night !

Took of my 12" windsplitter, because it gave no protection to my passenger, went with a 15" Cee Bailey Super Step contour euro, with the dark tint. Love it the fit, form and function.
