Got the bars done (I think).... Trying not to get to excited, but I fired up the bike and the throttle was ok... my blinkers, horn and 4 ways were ok... cant test lights or cruise yet. BUT I'm keeping my fingers crossed all the wires are good!!!

Couple pics (sat the dash on just to see what it was going to look like). Nothing is bolted down because I have still have to install the Hawg wired amp.

Also a little better depiction of the green pin stripe.

Looks like Im going to have to get some black buttons for the left side. I think I'll toss on the mirrors and snap another pic in a bit.

I see some 6 lug chevy hubcaps sitting on the work bench in that pix too. looks like the ones off of one of my Avalanches.... What else ya got in that garage?

I'm just south of you and work out of our Brecksville office. Shoot me a PM sometime if you're gonna need an extra hand with anything. I haven't wrenched on mine much but I'm pretty damn good at modding just about anything.

yes it does feel good to do the work myself. A little nerve wracking at times, but so far so good!!!

Hi Ohiobell!! We are almost neighbors. I'm actually over in Elyria... we should get some rides going this year when the weather breaks!

Good eyes on the Chevy hubs, they are off my Suburban its a 2005 but dam I love that thing and I'm not ready to part with it!!!!

Lookin' good my man! You ain't gonna screw nuthin' up, I figured with your experience working on computers this would be a breeze if you put your mind to it. Usually when I'm working on something at some point expletives are heard echoing through the neighborhood and tools are flying LL. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.
