To be honest i dont remember. The dealership had some on a streetglide and i fell in love with them and had them order them for me. They are 13s for sure. tallest you can get them.

Windshield is a HD windshield. I love it though. directs wind very nicely.

Another update, The bags turned out great. Just ordered my CVO lowers and speaker grilles. Also put my deposit down on my Coastal Moto Legacy wheels.

Every time I ride behind someone with those V&H HO mufflers I feel like there are 2 cannons pointing at me, love the sound.
