I honestly don't foresee this being the future of bikes. The owner of Lit even states that he doesn't want his vehicle classified as a motorcycle. If you look over his whole website he actually builds open air scooters too, not just the C-1. It was manufactured as an answer to heavy traffic and tight parking cities. Its electric with a kickass dd range. At 200 mi, i could go a couple weeks on one charge if i just drove to work and back. The price is not bad and amazing if it can get down to the proposed $12,000. Its not a vehicle designed for everyone. If you have an apt or its just you and the missus, i would recommend it. The owner also states that owning/renting a family vehicle is always an option because of the C-1s limited space. My wife and i both want it as daily drivers.
