My father-in-law is a past post commander up in Cambria and a Legion Rider. I joined the Sons chapter up there as my dad is a Vietnam Vet (28 years active duty) also. Only participate in 1 or 2 events a year as we live about 5 hours away. Went on a ride with Riders chapter and they are a great group of guys. Very service and community oriented. Plus the Legion Hall has the cheapest drinks in town!

not to start a pissing contest here, but the cvma was very instrumental along with the alr in the forming of the pgr.
vfw member and legion member. i figure that my little dues, when combined with a lot of other people's little dues, can add up and benefit the veteran.

American Legion Riders, Post 2, Dover, Delaware. We have about 65 members-around half are active participants-great bunch to organize rides with-some benefit/charity rides and some just fer fun. Prolly about a dozen riders/wives make it work-mtgs, organize stuff, some paperwork, blah, blah, blah--I appreciate their time and effort.
