profile maps - where you've been Question
The signature area where people show the maps with the states that they've been to is what I'm talking about...
What do they represent for most people? 1.) States they've been to 2,) States they've ridden a motorcycle in, 3.) States they've rode their current motorcycle in?
I'm guessing it's 2?
Also What site/map tool do you use?
I had no idea where to start this thread, but since the map tells a story on where a person have been using a picture I figured this would be the forum to put it in.

Yep. #2. States that I've ridden in. I've 'been' to all of the lower 48 for work, but airplanes and cages don't count.

Same here. States Ive ridden a motorcycle in. Doesnt have to be my current bike. Looking to fill in a couple more soon

Yep #2, and mine has the added caveat of showing only the states I've been in on my RGU. Bought it 1/4/11

Only states I have ridden the RGU in since 09/03/2010.

Profile Maps - Where You've Been Question
Yep #2 for me as well. I'll ride to more states this year, and will soon accomplish riding to all lower 48 states.

Thanks. Mine's not so impressive yet, so maybe will have to wait until summer to include it to my signiture line. Should be adding around 7 states.

Been in all but Maine, Montana, N Dakota, S Dakota and Vermont but I'm only counting where I've ridden a motorcycle.
