No, but no details are available yet. They are still planning, and when it gets closer more and more info will be posted. By Shark Week you will definatly be in the know if you want to be.

This one! One level up is nothing but discussion threads of what Shark Week has been and will be!

Dude, you do not need a hotel, just ride up there every day and check out what is happening. Folks will be out riding around all over the place, and you could probably lead a few, since your profile says you are from Las Vegas.

In a nutshell...

Folks will be arriving all day Monday, hanging around, telling lies, drinking beer, and otherwise comparing equipment (not that, their Road Glides).

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday there will probably be folks out riding around on day rides. You probably know a few good areas, but the organizers (Stray Mutt and Nutter Mutter) will have a few available as well.

Somewhere along the way, the Queen of SWAG (TracyB) will have organized a raffle (or whatever) to give out several thousand dollars worth (based on her past performances) of REALLY cool stuff (last year I think we even had a complete engine).

We also have done T-Shirt Swaps, Dinner Runs, Bar Runs in the evening (in Utah???) and whatever cool ideas a group of total idiots can come up with.

On Friday, everyone will be headed off to wherever. Some will be headed to Sturgis, others home, others to some other adventure.

Watch that one thread linked to above for more details.

ONG pretty much has it pegged. There will be a separate activities/plans thread, so consider this a slightly more in-depth sneak preview:

Every day, Tuesday through Thursday there will be a variety of guided rides to choose from, one all-day ride, a half-day ride, and shorties that can be done "A Le Carte" The scenery will blow you away.

Tuesday night, Zion HD is throwing a BBQ for us at their shop just outside of the entrance to Zion.

Thursday night will be a banquet at the main hotel where we will have various "awards" and maybe some of the below activities.

We'll have the raffle for the swag that Tracy is rounding up, we'll decide on next year's Shark Week, we'll have the T-shirt swap. When those occur will be determined later. Other possible organized activities include work shops, music jam(s), a week-long photo/scavenger hunt contest, and some other things we are mulling over.

Most important, though, is we'll just sit around and have a few refreshments of various types, put faces with forum names, swap some stories, ogle each others' bikes, and laugh so much that your face will hurt.

Friday morning we will leave, very sorry that it all went by so quickly.

BTW, in order to help in our planning, please be sure to register with Tracy at this link. We know there are many planning to go who have not signed on yet. It's not a commitment, but it will help us greatly to know your intentions. Having a somewhat accurate head count will assist us greatly in the planning. We still have around 35 rooms available at the Lexington, and once those go, we will fall back on a neighboring facility that is eager to know our plans.

Don't forget.....I'm here to help out. Really looking forward to the event. My wife is a bartender at a great local sports grill and bar and can set up food with them, or with many of the other local places.

I'm dying to go on some exploratory rides.......once it warms up. I took a little trip last week and ended up in mostly 20-30 degree weather along with one ugly little snowstorm. I believe my new threshold is 40 degrees and above.

I'm seriously thinking about pulling the trigger and making reservations, anyone know if the hotel still has rooms available? Also would like to hook up with other riders as I'll be heading out of Jacksonville FLů
