Help LRS Mako install

When installing the Mako do I reuse the rubber trim piece for the bottom of the shield? The instructions did not say either way

Yes it will help in the rain to keep water from getting behind the shield and possible into your fairing

What size mako and post some pics. I also getting the mako in a 13 dark tint but I have the HD windshield trim when I put that on I never installed the rubber trim let se what happens when I get the new shield

No you dont need to use the rubber. The small amount of water that may get under the shield wont do anything and there is no concern with water into the fairing it will drain, its not water tight.

I put mine on as it, no trim. Has a nice clean look
