I too was just in the valley of decision with 21 vs 23. I decided to go with the 21 and I'm very happy I did! Check out my photo album to see it on my bike. I didnt really notice any handling diff either. I did go with the single rotor. But I went went a much larger rotor and 6 piston brake caliper...lovin it!
