First purchase with DHP...
I had never ordered from DHP before. Was a little worried after reading a few bad experiences from members here. I said well, I'll place an order for one part, and see how it goes. Went to DHP website and went to check out, the coupon code I had wouldnt work. Sent a pm to Dan who replied later saying they looked at it and should work now. Tried again, still now working. Sent another pm to Dan.
I went ahead and placed the order a few hrs later without the code, b/c they already had a good price so I wasnt too worried about it. Next day got a response from Dan. I told him I had already ordered without the code, and gave him the order number. Got the coupon code discount refunded to my paypal same day. After the order was placed, I recieved a confirmation email, and later an order update w/ tracking number. My order ended up arriving 1 day ahead of schedule.
This was one of the best purchase experiences Ive had lately, and just wanted to thank Dan for responding back to my PMs and DHP for great service. Will be buying from again!
