Thanks for all the advice on fox creek leathers. I just got my vest yesterday and its awsome. My hand gun fits great in the concealed carry pocket and customer service was great at helping me with the size. My patch guy was shocked at the quality also. Thanks again

Fox Creek Leather rocks! UPS just dropped off my Vented Racing Jacket. It's fantastic and it fits as if it was made just for me.
After talking to them, I ordered a 46 Long and it's perfect. I realize now that every riding jacket I've had before has been too short. I always had to make sure my tshirt was tucked in, or it would hang out from the bottom of my jacket and just look goofy. This one's 2 inches longer in the torso and in the sleeves.
The sleeves, when zipped fit nice and snug on the wrist, which makes it easy to put gauntlet style gloves on.
I can't say enough good things about this jacket. Oh, it smells good, too, did I mention that? And it's really soft. Oh, and heavy.
I'll stop now. Love this jacket! Ok, now I'll stop.

I'm lucky enough to be able to visit them, was there last Saturday morning right after they opened. Imagine that great smell except with hundreds of jackets, vests, gloves, chaps etc. filling the place. My only problem is convincing myself to let go of the cash, hopefully I'll find a way to justify pulling the trigger soon enough, at least not buying one last week gives me a reason to go back again.

Just got a vest, gauntlet gloves and leather over pants from Fox Creek this week. Wow, their stuff is awesome. I am really impressed with how heavy, yet soft, the leather is.
I will be ordering a jacket as soon as I can justify replacing my HD jacket.

Heads up on Fox Creek gloves as well. They have a great deal on their deer skin gauntlet style gloves. 19 bucks, either lined or unlined.

Over the years, here's what I've bought:
Classic 1 motorcycle jacket
Lined chaps
Lined Draw String Gauntlet gloves
Lee Parks Deertour gloves - 2M and 1L - I put smartwool liners in the large
"The belt"
Trucker's wallet w/chain
Tri-fold wallet w/chain
Leather Face Mask/Neck Gator
Montana Pitch Blend leather mink oil conditioner
I absolutely love my leathers from FCL. I treat everything about every 6 months with the Montana Pitch Blend and all my leather is as soft as the day I got it. Like so many others, I spent big bucks at the HD dealership buying leather and what not. Not one piece I bought from Harley can even come close to the Fox Creek Leather. FCL's service is second to none. I lost a deertour glove and had to order a second pair, along with the size L for the winter. Fox Creek gave me a discount on the gloves since I'd lost one of the originals.
Harley's leather is hot to wear. I can take the liner out of my Classic 1, unzip the vents front and back, and the jacket's good to about 90 degrees. The breeze blowing through the jacket is like sitting underneath a shade tree in the middle of summer. The gloves are soft enough I can fasten my Bell RS1's strap and I can reach in my jeans pocket for a dime or whatever and come out with it without removing my gloves.
I called them and the lady I talked to, I think her name was Mellisa, walked me through the sizing process. She told me to pay more attention to my stomach size than my chest size. I ordered as she told me to and the fit was amazing. Follow the suggestions they give for measuring and you'll be happy.
I love FCL's leather!

I ended up getting the Classic I jacket sooner than planned... came across one on Ebay that a guy had bought but ended up having to give up riding before he could use it. Just got it yesterday and wow, I am floored at how nice a jacket this is. The fit is amazing, the leather is much heavier than HD's and still soft as a baby blanket. I can see this jacket lasting for decades with proper care.
Way to go Fox Creek Leather!
