I have a 2012 RGU and just had the Stage 1 done at the dealership. I got the D&D Fat Cat 2 into 1, PM SuperGas AC, and SE Race Tuner. The bike runs great. Your dealership mechanic should have dyno'ed and test ridden the bike. Take it back. The ThunderMaxx is great, but likely would have voided your warranty, if the bike is new.

check your receipt - good guess that dealer would install se tuner. to my knowledge the software to read is hd only. that is why many prefer aftermarket tuners.

I agree with the others take it back to dealer - although i would have little faith in them.

Thanks for the info and help. The HD dealers are killing the whole riding philosophy for me. Luckily the feeling passes quick after a few minutes on the bike.

The Supertuner is a great tuner IMO, it just has to be tuned right (like any tuner for that matter). Was it dyno'd? In any event, they should be able to get you fixed right.

Alright one last concern. Can't get into the dealer until next Saturday. Gotta work. Will riding the bike hurt the engine at all. It rides fine at high RPMs. I just dont want to be running to lean and damage anything.

If it stumbles slightly off idle, then I don't think you have any worries till they can get it straightened out. However if you are getting a constant hesitation (surge) at 2000 to 2700 rpm, then I would suggest you not ride it other than to the dealer to get tuned correctly.
