Dollar for dollar I would buy J and M. They are head and shoulders above others in customer service and satisfaction. After its all said and done, it's all about who will stand behind there product. First class company.

Just installed the 7.25 Rokkers. Didn't take to long and everything fit as expected. Now I have to tell you I was a little paranoid about the fairing. Based on what I have read on the forum. However as it turned out, that was the easiest part of the update. It came off and back on EASY! I thought I would have to take out the lights to help lineup the hooks for the reinstall. But once I lined up the hooks it went together nicely. An extra steeped saved, did not need to remove them. Btw The speakers sound great in the garage, will let ya know on the highway. So for those that are wondering if the fairing will be a challenge, I have to say no! At least for me it wasn't.

John, I have worked with you in the past and have had at least 6 of your headsets ( used on 2 GW and 2 Harleys). when I bought my 06 UC you solved the problems of my J&M headsets working with my new UC ( a Harmon radio issue). I thank you for your commitment to quality and the M/c industry.
Before I retired I worked in Tucson about 2 wks of each month and visited your facility numerous times. Roger and Pete were very helpful guys and deserve kudos for their customer service.

I just purchased a 2012 Road Glide and a Nolan N104 helmet. I tried to purchase a J&M headset for my new helmet and found out that you are only selling it with installation by yourself or your distributors. I want a J&M for my new N104!! I purchased my helmet from my 30 yr dealer buddy. When will you complete your evaluation of the new J&M unit and allow me to purchase and install my own J&M set? Of course, I have installed all 6 of my previous units.
Thanks for your previous help, I"m a confirmed J&M customer and look forward to having the best in my new helmet!!

AABiker ,,,,,,

as much as I would love to sell you a new headset for the Nolan N104 helmet, the installation is complex and must be done correctly to preserve the integrity of the helmet, along with headset performance and sound quality ,,, see http://www.jmcorp.com/NolanHelmets.asp ,,,,,

this time of year your helmet should not be in our shop more than 2 working days ,,,,,
