my bars were crooked and it was the riser bushings....

What year is your bike?? Why did you straighten the upper fairing bracket when you can get a new one for around $50 from HD? Did you do the repair work or did you have the bike repaired at a shop? If you had the work done then take it back to the repair facility that did the work and have them look at the bike. Yes the is a alignment proceedure for your bike and it is in the HD touring sevice manual.
