There's a product called the screaming banshee that flashes the headlight and blasts an air horn when you hold down the horn. It lets you use the regular horn if you just tap the button.

Sorry dont know if any. But Im sure your can rig up a basic push button switch to make it happen. Just wire up the button switch to your hi/lo switches and presto instant flashers.
