Going from 13" to 12" shocks:
I am considering lowering my rear shocks by putting on 12" shocks, anyone done this and what are your thoughts? I am riding a 2008 RoadGlide.

I did it when I had my 07, less travel and a little stiffer, but the bike looked and handled better. knowing what I know now, I wouldn't go with OEM shocks anymore.

I went from 12s to 13s but I went legends so I could drop it low if I wanted to look cool. Lol

A set of 13" JRI B shocks will lower you about an inch when on the bike with the sag set properly and will ride great!

My custom came with 12" ers . A little less travel than the 13" s but not to bad of a ride. Ya might drag a floor board here and there if ya ride aggressive also.
