I switched to Hogg Chopps lowers and they made quite an impact on the turbulence. Will try Sanchos next.

Zemo, I do not think that you will be disappointed with the Sancho's. I debated for awhile about installing. Found a used set on here for sale, only regret was not having them before. This in on a 2007 model.

I have the HD 12" Wind Splitter with Sancho's Wings and HD Wind Deflectors and I smoke cigars at 70+ MPH with no problems.
Let's be honest, if you didn't want any wind at all, that's what cages are made for.
I enjoy the wind in my face.
But, that's just my opinion.
To each his own.
Ride free and enjoy.

Nothing new here in my post, just wanted to chime in on my experience.

My 2010 RGC underwent major renovations this past winter. Among other things, I lowered the front 2" with Monotubes and got a Danny Gray solo seat that lowered me and pushed me forward. Kept my 8" KW shield.

To make a short story long, I got back on her on the freeway and WHOA! Felt like Ralphie was pummeling me with wind. Don't remember that before my rebuild! The only changes that would've affected the aerodynamics was the seat and Mono's. Damn!

Based on the recommendations of the forum, I got the HD updraft wind deflectors and Sancho's wings. Noticeable, but not major improvement.

Then I slapped on a 12" Windvest and now all is well. I can hear my fairing speakers much mo better and my sunglasses are doing the chicken dance on my face.

Seems that all three components combined made a huge difference. Thanks everyone. Now I'm gonna go have a campfire on my dash!

I have an 06 with the non-vented lowers. Did I read that the Sancho's wings will not fit?
