As long as you have the taller windshield and lower fairings (Ultra), only thing you need heated are gloves. I ride mine in 30* temps with a thick, quality leather jacket, turtle fur for neck/face, no chaps and only heated gloves. I can ride for hours like that. Face and toes get chilly but my core stays warm.

Sancho's wings help a lot, too.

Rode to Biketoberfest in October last year. Except for the first day that was foggy with a chill in the air, not cold a chill, the weather was perfect. Oddly the only bikes I saw on the road were Honda's and BMW's. All the Harleys were on trailers

When SWIII was announced the biggest complaints about the heat seemed to come from places that normally get real hot in the summer and I thought 'What these guys don't ride in the summer?' It'd seem to me the hotter the climate you live the more accustomed to the heat and how to cope you'd become....just like the cold and the guys up north. Interesting enough though I did see a wind chill chart and that showed at a certain point, like around 100, the faster you go on a bike the hotter it gets. I'll testify to that from my southwestern trip last June!
