How to dress

Like someone said earlier, I have a family and a responsibility.

I suit up on every ride, even when its scorching hot or I just dont ride.

I wear the mesh/armored jacket/pant, good boots, gloves and a full face helmet.

Maybe its just wishful thinking, that this stuff will somehow save my a$$. But at least I know I am riding responsibly and dressed with the best protection I can afford.

The Harley Switchback Jacket is awesome!! Warm when you need it, unzip the outer layer when it warms up and you have a mesh jacket underneath. It’s a great combo jacket for all conditions. I wear an Under Armour shirt as a base layer and helps keep me cool on the really hot days. But once the Temp hits the 90’s even the mesh jacket has to go...

I have been riding with mesh gear for 2 years now and i like it. I have several mesh jackets and pants. The pants are great i love the cooling effet of riding down the road and having the wind cooling my crouch. I have the switchback jacket and thats the one I take on long trips. It saves me from carrying 2 jackets. I always suite up when I ride.
