Danny Gray has a quality product and great customer service, don't know if they build what you are looking for or not, I run their solo on two of my bikes.
Try looking into the HD Leather Low Profile Bucket Seat HD part # 52095-08A for $299.95. I have one and it accommodates the rider backrest and the passanger backrest as well and for me the seat looks Great and it is very comfortable.
Rich D: I second what IronMark said above. That seat came as original equipment on my 2013 FLTRX at San Diego H-D. "Low and Slammed" as they say on the H-D website, and *very* comfortable. Have spent entire days on it.
