After much nudging from the community here, we are taking preorders for the 2010 to present Mean Mug Bezels. These will not fit a 2009 and older bike, unless you have the updated 2010 and up headlight assembly or the daymaker setup. Install is easy, and snaps into place just like your stock bezel.

Color options are Gloss or flat black only and they are $130 plus shipping.
Go HERE to preorder yours now! http://gascapitalcustoms.com/Products.html

***UPDATE***

To all of you that have preordered, don't worry. Yours will start shipping on December 1st, if not sooner. Im still on schedule and nothing has changed, thanks for your order :)

To those of you that have not yet ordered,.. you will be able to do so again soon. For the time being, I have taken the order button down to keep from getting overwhelmed. You see, each one of these are built by hand one at a time, and there is nothing fast about it. They aren't being punched out by a machine, it is all manual hands on and each piece is built, sanded, primed, sanded and painted. I want to create good quality products, not just punch something out fast to turn a quick profit. With that being said, doing these in limited runs are the best way to achieve quality and be able to fill orders in a timely fashion, without burning me out on making them and still being able to do other things in the shop as well.
I have gone back and forth on this for a while, and even though I hate doing it this way,.. its whats best for everyone including you guys buying them.

I will announce very soon, when I will take another order for a limited run. I'm sorry for those of you that were just about to place an order, and I hope that you hang with me and still purchase one down the road. I believe that doing them right, instead of rushing them will pay off in the long run over just throwing out things to just try to keep up.

Again, thanks to everyone that has ordered, and for those of you that order in the future. :D

Is the painting the problem or the clear coat ? Is it possible to do the gloss black and not have to clear them ?

Clear coat is required on a part on the front of your bike. If not, you will see primer and plastic over time due to rock chips and bugs.

The next production run will only be flat black. Its still up in the air if we will offer the gloss again, and if we do decide to, it will definatly have a higher price then it does now. There are just way to many steps for the gloss at the current price and with as many problems and delays we had because of the gloss,.. so you can understand why we love flat :D

Right now as it stands,.. half of the remaining gloss will ship out tomorrow. The other half will ship out on Monday. No problems on the gloss on the first half I shot yesterday,.. just gotta color sand and buff them. The remaining half are in the booth waiting for it to warm up, and will be shot in a little over an hour.
If you don't get an email notification tonight for shipping, you are in the 2nd half which will ship on Monday and get your notification probably Sunday night.

Took mine for about a 250 mile ride yesterday. Got it up to 110 mph and it was still on there when I got back. Can't tell a difference in light projection at night either.

Sorry man,.. probably never going to offer vivid black again. The reason being it takes twice as long to get the finish perfect with them as it does with flat. Since we don't have a machine stamping these out,.. and its 1 at a time, we just don't have time to put into the gloss ones, even at a higher price. We discussed a lot about raising the price,.. but it all comes down to time. We both agree, the gloss looks killer but its just not something we can justify doing any longer. Thats why we are now going to offer primered, so you can get it painted by a local guy or if you feel brave shoot it yourself.
