This will help us in deciding that if going back to a preorder format is better, if a list would be better to create, and all around just an good idea to gauge how many we need to make.
Again, we are sorry to everyone who missed out in this batch,.. your phone calls, messages, and emails have all been heard and read. We understand that we have greatly underestimated the demand of our bezels, especially as the word about them spreads. I promise to do whatever it takes to make sure that everyone that wants a bezel, gets a bezel. Just please keep in mind, we are not a multi million dollar outfit that is punching one of these out every 10 seconds. Each one is hand made, and it takes time. I hope that you understand and give us another chance in the future.
