On my 2011 I have never noticed any lag. I do get a poor response if I go from idle to open throttle too quickly but that has nothing to do with any electronic lag. With a direct coupled mechanical throttle, the engine will hesitate slightly before responding to a throttle change like that. The fly by wire throttle has much the same hesitation to respond to large throttle changes.

Added equipment is a stage 1 HD air cleaner, a Cee Baileys windshield and a turn out boot heel guard. I also went with the BAL1 tail light MOD. You can never be too safe with lighting.
