Default Better Bulbs

Sure I want to see the road better but I don't want to disorient/distract traffic that is coming at me. All about choice....

I am also concerned that I might not be able to pass IBA & rally tech inspections with HID bulbs in reflectors designed for filament bulbs (- loud pipes definitely would fail the db check).

Anyway, if you want some of the reflectors you should get them now. Regardless of the bulb they are better reflectors. The supply of them is limited and so far HD is not providing us with an HID option.
I think you're right. I wouldn't want an on-coming car or bike blinded by my head lights on the road. It might even cost me my life. They might swerve into my lane head on.
I'll wait for Harley to come up with the right reflectors for the HIDs.
Thank for the info.
Can you recommend a better bulb for a stock 2011 RG?

Cheers
