2 Thumbs up to J&M customer service
I had a few issues with my system and John at J&M and all the great people he has working for him did a great job taking care of the issues. The customer service at J&M is top shelf IMO and I would like to thank everyone at J&M.

I have never had any Warranty work. But the are great for answering any question and I love the headsets.
I have been using J&M headsets for years. I got my first one, I believe, in 1985. Let those go with bike when sold.
I even tried the Harley sets when I got my '98 Ultra. But came back to J&M.
