If so what are your thoughts on it??? How is it for colder weather riding???

Looking for a new jacket since I lost a bunch of weight and had to sell my Competition II leather. Thinking about going with something else other than leather this time.

Unless your really stuck on wanting an HD branded kacket, plenty of places make great leather at a fraction of the cost of the HD stuff.

I have a great leather jacket with a zip out liner, made my River Road, that was less than 200 bucks.

I also bought a nice POwer trip textile jacket, with removable armor and a zip out liner for around 100 bucks.

Just saying that you could get a whole lot more for your money shoppoiong around.

Hijack done!
I do have to say that one is a decnt price at 275. But still... lol

I think the Harley jackets are overpriced and they are not made in the states. Just all of their motor clothes it is made in china. Check out fox creek leather or Espinoza leather. Quality jackets that will fit right and they are made here in the states.

As said, lots of good non-licensed jackets out there. However, got a FXRG jacket the bike and I like it, good product. I still prefer my non-HD leather though.

have the same jacket..its good till about 45-50 degres.rode all year with it last year and layered up.got leather this year

I have one very similar to that with the Willy G emblem on it. It's good from about 50 degrees and up. You can layer up a bit more if you want to push it, but for cold weather riding, I would keep looking.

Jacket will work, but you will need to layer properly for it to be effective in colder weather. I don't have this particular jacket but have other similar ones. I use an Eddie Bauer micro down shirt underneath the jacket and stay very warm.

Vanson also does a jacket like that too. I don't know if it is one being made In the US or Asia at this point.
