Thank god I still had original grommets from factory and installed them and noticed that my shield now fitted to the fairing much better with no gap between shield and fairing whatsoever , with freedom grommets the shield didnt suck up to fairing as tight as it does with factory grommets so all is well now but I just wanted to give you all a heads up on situation and tell you to keep any extra shield grommets you have for an emergency like I just had , if you will look at my original post date on this topic you will see that the freedom grommets didnt last very long at all and having extras may be a must !!!'

Interesting. Are the ones that came with the shield like the stock wellnuts or more like the sturdy ones that you can get from Cee Baileys????

Ooooo I like the way you have the HD passing lamps installed on the crash bar. A little big but of they work. Do they give a good amount of extra light being that low??? Got any other pics and the install info???

they r more sturdy than stock but for what that's worth , they all tore in half and were no longer usable so I am now using stock and they actually seem to hold better
