A bit chilly out
Showed up at the local HD dealer for this year's freedom photo for all the Active Duty, Vets, FD and PD riders out there (and to cash in on the 20% off for Active/Vets) and I met the guy who bought the dealer's only 2013 110th CVO RG last month. Drop dead gorgeous bike!, but I only got to see pictures. It was 39 that day, raining on and off, and briefly snowed on me when I left the house many miles away. He lives down the street, no wonder he only has 24 miles on it after spending $38K on it. Lame, I suggested he use his 20% on a coat, I don't think he got it. Sorry for the rant. Ride on.

That's quality advise there. You could probably get it for a freakin steal in 2 years.

I bought a 2003 Ultra 100th gold key edition with almost EVERYTHING done to it. Chrome everywhere, 95" SE motor, Zepplin seat, upgraded sound system, was over 20K of upgrades by the dealer. This was in 2007, and it had 911 miles on it. Had it for about 8 months and my knee locked up. The HMO decided to not fix it till it got worse and riding was PAINFULL, so I sold it. Long story short...........3 weeks after I sold it, they fixed my knee...figures!
I would probaly still have that bike...it dynoed at 97hp and 107tq and was a blast to ride......when I sold it it had just over 12K on it.

As my brother went for the camera, the darn fish snapped the line and back into the deep blue ocean it went never to be seen again.

That's the good advice I'd expect here, buy it from him after he advertises it as "never ridden in the rain". But then I'd have two road glides. Even better idea than I thought!

LOL - that's a good one
seems the CVO, being more expensive, crash in price harder also.
thus making the "sweet deals" you hear about.
SERGs are growing on me, I still prefer the tricked out customs, like anything, depends on the bike.
