+1 for the BrightAssLights BAL-1.
I have been on a safety upgrade thing. Bell Star helmets. ForceField Pro body armor. TCX Lightening boots. Going all out for safety, comfort, and my taste in looks. I have the engine guard lights on all our bikes - they are the #1 safety device IMO. In addition to providing some protection to left turning cagers, I wanted rear protection as well. So...
Installed the BAL-1 on my wife's Evo Dyna. Set it first on bright strobe. Pity whomever would ride or drive behind her with that setting. Instead, scaled it down to a quick strobe then steady bright when brake is depressed. She can quick release and squeeze the brake if she wants more strobe. Kept it on bright. And I mean BRIGHT!
I was not sure until I tested it on her bike. Conclusion: the money spent on the BrightAssLights is worth it. Now I want a BrightAssLight Bal-1 too for the Road Glide. (None available for my Deuce)? There goes another $200.
