S&S and Cobra Headpipes?????

For all of you exhaust gurus out there, what, if any, are the differences between the S&S power tune duals and the Cobra power port duals? They both look quite similar, the Cobras are a bit cheaper in price than the S&S from what I've researched. Both seem to get good reviews from the people who run them , a mechanic at my dealership was praising the S&S, what are your thoughts or opinions?

The S&S header is the same header by Khrome Werks. Wouldn't surprise me if it was the same header as Cobra.

I think S&S and Khrome werks are the same but cobra makes there own. Here are some links with pictures of the S&S header and the Cobra header. I like a one peace header better I think they are easier to install.
