Opinion/feedback on exhaust.
I am buying new stretched bags and rear fender and gotta decide which exhaust i am going with so i can order the right bags. My question is, is anyone running an exhaust where it dumps out on the right side right before the bag? My bike now has stock exhaust and i hate it! I want something loud but not chopper loud! A friend of mine had a dyna with v&h street sweeper pipe and i like the sound of it but not sure i could hear my stereo if i went that way lol. Feedback and pipe opinions PLEASE and THANKS!

The phantom pipe, and V&H Big Radius 2 into 2 pipes, now knowing you like loud pipes they will trumph the sound of your radio. Just saying. . .

Running an exhaust that stops before the bags limits your choice a lot. I had the Vance & Hines Big Radius on a previous bike, it was loud. O could still here my stereo, but nobody wanted to ride next to me. Super Trapp also makes the Yaffe 2-1 that exits about the same place, its kind of loud also, and there is also the Sinister Up Yours. Another thing is those pipes are not known for their performance features. If you have a place with a " bike night" and can go, do that and check out different exhaust, or listen to some on You Tube.

+2 on V&H big radius pipes. My buddy has these. Looks and sounds good, just not my thing.
