Hey guys, I'm new here but thought i'd throw in my 2 cents. Buddy gave me a head pipe he took off his '09 with no cat. Same pipe except o2 sensor size and placement. Welded in a couple bungs stock size and location. plugged old bungs. Good to go. I thought this was easier than cuttin' and weldin' my stock pipe plus I still have stock pipe with cat to put back on although I can't see that ever happenin'.

Well I am new here. never had a roadglide before, but love the one I got. Doing a trial test on mine. I heve removed the cat installed a pipe to turn to true duals and then modified that pipe to turn it into a exhuast tuner. going to run her today to see how she does if its good might start to try and sell it. but use your head pipe. don't have head pipes to sell.

I am going to do this eventually. I will either do new headers or buy another one to hack. You never knowable need it for an EPA test.

Absolutely, keep the old pipe with the cat in it. You never know, the state or the feds might start requiring emissions testing some day and that would suck to have to go buy a pipe with a cat.

Have you checked with your dealer. I traded them mine and 100 bucks for one that they sent out and had decatted
