I had the issues with mine falling off all the time and replaced the bolt as well. I also had the dealer tell me the rod coming out of the primary was bent and needed to be replaced. Hmmm, really, I had been having issues since a few miles on the bike. He ended up replacing a bushing without tearing the whole thing apaprt and it has been fine since. I chalk this up to build quality as I have had numerous issues from new that I have never had on my other bikes.
