Default Big Blue Pearl???

Im looking at buying some extended bags for my RGC. Everyone (except the expensive Harley tapered ones) has their bags "ready to paint".
Does anyone know if Big Blue Pearl is out there for painters to use yet?
Anyone know who to use to get a exact match?
I dont know if I should trust my local paint and body shop.

You can't go wrong with Topshop bags! The come fully lined and coated with polyester primer ready to block sand and paint.

I doubt that color formula has been released to PPG yet, I have to call my supplier tomorrow about a couple other 2012 colors, will check on that one also

Big Blue Pearl formula has not been released to PPG yet,

I just got all the formulas for 09, 010, 011! but only three colors for 012 have been released so far, those are "Ember red" "Daytona Blue" and "Deep Purple"

Might want to check with the MoCo. The paint isn't really going to be much cheaper anywhere else. All of the manufacturers are going to water-based paint and the prices for it are comparable to that of gold. They are charging an arm and a leg because lacquer based paints won't match no matter what you do so you have to buy water based and that's how they get you. Otherwise I'd put it on my to do list when it does become available through a paint shop.

I too am waiting for the Big Blue Code to be released. I picked up my new RGU yesterday and want to add some painted pieces (inner fairing, rear facia etc.) I was told by my PPG supplier it could be up to 10 months after a new model color. release. BTW, that color is awesome. I've been waiting for a decent blue since my '06 Deep Cobalt. Guess I'll have to buy the inner fairing painted for $1240 here in Canada.
FWiT, I used the Bad Dad kit on my '06 RG, they were awesome for fit, finish and quality. Also excellent customer service. That kit is for sale here on the forum.
