If your bars are not over your shoulders a few inches they are not
APE HANGERS they are Chimp bars

I want to go a bit higher than stock but I don't want to go way up. My very first Harley was a rigid frame with a girder front end and HIGH apes. It was cool but not what I want for long rides. I'm 6'2" so a few inches over my shoulders would be REALLY high.

I have never heard them called chimp bars. hmm. I always called em Apes and mini Apes.
