Default Magnetti-Morelli Fuel Injection with V&H Fuel Pack

I've got this setup on my 2001 FLTRI. Thinking about getting rid of the V&H and going with a PC....it appears that the V&H WAS NOT "plug and play". Anyone done this before that can maybe give me a few pointers or prevent some "gotchas"?

Thanks Mucho

the V&H Fuelpak was never disigned for Magnetti-Morelli fi it is only for Delphi fi bikes. 02 and later touring. did u splice wires or something? the connectors are completely different

Hmmmmm, it was on the bike when I purchased it. Yes, there appear to be spliced wires. It's the older fuel pack with the 3 screws to adjust fuel at low, midrange and high RPM.

oh yes i forgot about that bad boy thats the original fuelpak i forgot they used the same name for a while there also use to be one called the powerpak(really should have chosen a new name for the new product but oh well). thats a totally different set up than the newer fuelpaks. i do have a copy of the install/tuning instructions for your unit if that might help.

well, this would be one way to go:

http://www.thunder-max.com/Products/...arelliKit.aspx

I love my T-max,bike really runs good with no issues.I like not having to dyno it ever.that parts helps defray the cost.Been a "set it and forget it" kinda deal.

call frank at direct harley parts or fuel moto and see what they'll do.
