Not surprising. I saw the prototype several years ago. Radiators were part of the lowers.

Bound to happen. Glad I have my air cooled Ultra ....

I kind of like my air cooled Harley. I realize by going to water cooling you can get the injection more precise and emissions can be easier to meet, but I will stay with my air cooled.

This will be for the credit card bikers the ones that buy these bikes and doll them all up just to ride them to the local hang out. Why would I need a liquid cooled bike when I take mine on long trips yes don't get me wrong I live in a NYC and its stop and go traffic but when it comes to weekends I do about 250-300 a day and that to me and my buddies is considered staying local. I hope if they do this it's because in some how better for us and not the clowns in office.

Guess i'm a credit card toting office clown

When i'm touring I tend to do 600-800 mile days and have been known to run between 800 and 1000.

If I'm out for a day ride I might do 100 miles, but I might do a 1000, depends on the day,

I like the air cooled bike, but my 05 seriously overheated on mainstreet Sturgis in 2010. H-D will be sure to hide the water cooling as much as they can. Not sure I see the downside.

I heard the same thing about the water cooled engines. Time will tell I'm not to worried about it I'll ride the one I got.
