Default Picked up the new 120R

Finally some great weather here in mid Michigan and I was able to pick up my bike yesterday. 2011 FLTRX with the 120R installed. I put on 160 miles between last night and today. All I can say is WOW. Everything about this bike is great. The motor is unbelivable. Coming off a 07 road king, I am totally impressed with how the bike rides and handles.

I am running the SE Race clutch with se disks. they set it out 7.25 turns which is supposed to handle 136 ftlbs at the wheel. She is a little stiff but no slip. They did a break in tune and it pulled 125/125 peak tq at 4000 and hp still climbing at 5200, that is where they set the rev limit for the break in. My tech said 135/135 should be no problem on the final tune.

Stayed with the 266 cams. They do come on real strong above 3500 but there is still so much down low I'm not sure its worth changing cams to move the curve to the left. Very streetable right now and race ready with the twist of the wrist. this thing revs so fast its hard to be nice to it. already hit the rev limiter a couple of time.

SE120RG,

Could you get us a video of your scooter with that 120 in it? I haven't hear one running yet, this way we could all live vicariously thru you...120-style.

I'd like to hear the idle and maybe cracking the throttle(just remember your break-in ) while doing a drive-by.

Of course this video would all be in the name of science & research!?!

What did you do with your stock motor? Did they give you a trade value?
