Default 2014 Street Glide

My dealer is attempting to locate the SG I want to trade to, a Amber Whiskey Street Glide Special. Now....here's my question, assuming the HD motor upgrade kits stay about the same, I was thinking of doing the stage IV kit with the 259 cams.
Does anyone have a better suggestion? I want the meanest motor I can get, but still take off from here in KY and ride to Key West and not have a worry about any motor trouble.

Thanks!

I don't know about how the heads are cooled, but I'd rather have a bone stock 120R engine installed from the factory than a Stage 4 for how I ride.
