MasterD- I swapped cams to 254e on 103. Like 'em, they do what I wanted; Mods to my 2011 RGU have mostly been for 2-up cruising and comfort... wanted additional torque kicking in early and good giddy-up at speed, also cooler running motor. The bike comes alive at 2200 RPM, cruises strong through the gears anywhere in the 2200 to 3000 RPM range. Will excel smooth & quick & strong to 4000 RPMs with a twist of the grip. Beyond 4000 RPMs is unknown, haven't felt the need to go there. Gave up a couple MPG, oh well. IMO the 254e are a good cam for non-neck breaking... but solid and smooth torque & power boost, just right for my "Harley Dude with Honey Gal" riding style. Hope this helps answer your question.
Here's a couple of Dyno's, one sheet shows a comparison of different pipes (Jackpot X vs. True Duals) on different bikes with similar equipment.
