And now for something completely different...

Nope, not a Monty Python sketch, just some pics from a little ride down the California coast. I'm out here on business and decided to take a day for myself. Rented a bike and headed out. Felt good to finally get some real ride time in, even if it wasn't on my Road Glide.

By the way, the BMW K1600GT is a hell of a machine. No, I wouldn't trade my RG for it, it's just not my style. It's obviously a very different ride, but once I got used to it, it was a blast. Crazy fast, very precise, excellent brakes, etc, etc. If one was into 'sight seeing at triple digit speeds', this machine would be right up your alley.

My wife and i have been talking about doing this for some time now,looks beautiful,flying out and renting a bike and riding the coast.Thanks for the pics

2012 RG Vivid Black,contrast Anarchy wheels,SE air cleaner,cobra tuner,Thunderheader ,diamond cut heads and clys,Fueling Reaper 574 cams,this is just a starting point.

I would travel to California 5 or 6 times a year at mu prevkuos job and so wanted to do this.
