Camping equipment, what do you use?

I am getting together some camping equipment because i've had a few friends ask about going. I want to do it on my bike and don't want to pull a trailer, it will only be for the weekends (I have a trailer, no tags, and not quite road worthy yet) till I get the trailer fixed.
So trying to go light weight i'm thinking of getting

and numerous small cooking appliances, enough for a weekend.
What do you have? And how long can you camp without restocking?
Edit add.
I also hear there is a cooler bag insert we can use..anyone heard of or have one of those?

If you go to the "Road Glide Accesories" section on the forum you will find a sticky at the top of the page for Moto Camping. This might help you some. If your going 1-up it's fairly simple to carry enough stuff. 2-up is a little more difficult. I always go 1-up so I use my passenger seat with a waterproof roll top bag for my bedroll, sleeping bag, 2-person tent, and ultralite cot. Everything else goes in Mt T-Bags luggage on the luggage rack.

Hit up fire medic here on the forum he'll hook you up with all the info you need on camping gear for the bike and YouTube videos to go with them. Cool stuff I have to say.

I was looking to get some lighter weight stuff for this trip and just for kicks I pulled my old camping box out of the attic looking for something.

I found my 32 year old therma-rest mattress and a 32 year old pup tent.

The mattress still works falwlessly and the tent is still in perfect condition.
Together they take up less then half of my tour pack. Perfect for soloing this trip.
I probably will use the mattress as a shallow backrest on this trip though. I am trying to get used to a new 3/4 helmet and it does bother my back a little.
I had an epiphany for a cool strapping sytem for the seat and I will post a pic of it when I make it this weekend.

In the pic below, I have:
- REI Siesta +35 (double) sleeping bag; rolled tight, compressed and in the blue waterproof bag you see on the tourpak
- REI Hoodoo2 tent (AWESOME TENT) that actually fits in the side saddlebag (on top over other things; won't sink down to the bottom, but I like that). Takes all of 6min to put up and about 4min to tear down (after the first couple of times you do it).
- Medium Sized North Face Bag (for a 'medium', it's big) for clothes that is strapped in as my passenger (the yellow bag). I do lots of business travel and take my bike every chance I get to do that. There is easily a weeks worth of clothes in there for me including two suits, dress shoes, etc...

Even with that, I still have open one full saddle bag, one half saddle bag (the one with the tent in it), and the tourpak. I usually have my laptop in a slimcase in the tourpak which isn't too space intensive. My rain gear, tire kit, extra bungees, first aid kit, jacket liner and the like all go into the open saddle bag.

I could see easily putting some small cooking equipment and food in the tourpak; no problem. Not enough for a week, but certainly a long-weekend. Have done three 5K mile trips over the last 2yrs with this setup with no issues. Fun, fun sleeping under the stars when you have the time.
