State by state motorcycle laws

If you plan on taking a road trip it would be a good idea to check the motorcycle laws in the states you plan on traveling through. Try doing a search on state motorcycle laws or check out this AMA web site http://www.americanmotorcyclist.com/...tes-Laws.aspx?

So if I read it right it looks like for us travelling from Ontario, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana require helmets. Texas does not if you have proof of medical insurance specific for no helmet and Ohio no helmet is required.
Thanks

Kentucky only requires a helmet if you are under 21,or have had your license for less than a year or you only have a learners permit.
