Florida trip and Bruce Ross Meyers

Hello,
Have to share a good story. I live in NH and this winter I spent 3 weeks In Florida on a shoe string budget with my RG. Into the 1st week I found micro cracks going around my front Dunlop tire that I had Harley Install 6months ago. Date code was good, put about 2k miles on it. I was riding up here into December so the bike wasn’t sitting still. So I contacted Bruce Ross Meyers Sunrise location and they told me to come right down and they would take care of me. Travis Clark was the service advisor who assisted me. After 20yrs of owning Harley’s it was the first time I felt like the Dealership was actually going to take care of the issue. An hour after I arrived the tire was replaced and I was back on the road, NO CHARGE. While they were running the bike the Service Tech picked up on the fact that my Purge tube fitting cap was missing and replaced it at no charge. It was a pleasure dealing with Travis and everyone at that location. Good place to stop and checkout if your down by them.

I wonder if Dunlop is ever going to fix this issue.

Don't waste a day..

Travis is a good guy, they had laid him off for awhile when things were slow, but he was brought back by popular demand. BRHD service is good for warranty work, and I've bought 2 bikes from them, but when it comes to normal service I do it myself or go to an Indy, I just feel they charge too many hrs for a job, but that's IMO.

That's good to hear my daughter works there in motor clothes. She did work at the ft launderdale store. And son in law was in sales there. He now is general Mrg at Eddie Trotta thunder cycle in ft launderdale. Love the area.

Unfortunately I have a funeral to attend Saturday, and my wife wouldn't like it if I don't go...but I can check my schedule for Sunday if you're serious about needing the help. The fastest way to do it is cut and solder, unless you already have another set ready to go in the connector.
