I looked at a map a few weeks ago and realized there are only five states in the lower 48 that I have never been to. They are North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska. I mentioned in another thread that I was getting ready to ride out there. (I live near Philadelphia). Since I couldn't find anyone willing to ride that far with me and I didn't feel like being alone for five or six days, I decided to fly out there, rent a bike, and get home about four days sooner.

Saturday, I am flying to Minneapolis. I rented a Road Glide Ultra at Eden Praire, MN. I plan on riding to Fargo, down to the Omaha area, across to Des Moines, and back up to Minneapolis. I fly back home on Monday. Total about 1000 miles in two days of riding.

The map of my ride is below. If anyone lives along the route and could suggest anything to do, I'd appreciate. I won't have much down time but if there are any must see things, let me know. Thanks

EDIT

oops...Never mind I see its old, I didn't catch it either but If you stayed on the interstate you didn't get to see much on that trip

If you would have taken HWY 10 thru MN it would have taken you thru lakes country right up to just outside Fargo, pretty nice riding, Brainerd, Wadena, Detroit Lakes, ect.. wish i would have saw this earlier

oops. I didn't see this earlier either Geo sorry, I would've suggested coming up from Iowa up the Mississippi River Valley, some great roads coming up (although I think the better ones were on the WI side of the Sip) 61 on MN side

You should've just planned to hit Shark week this year and could've killed 2 birds with one stone as well.
