I have one it lowers you a little and has a narrow front so you legs go straight down. As far as moving you up or back depends on what your comparing it to. I would compare it to a stock ultra seat that goes. If you are using a stock RGX seat it would move you up an inch or two.

The width is 11 inches wide. It also has Airhawk on it as well
