I've got the stage two in mine with those same fairing speakers. One amp per set of speakers. Should have been an amp in a saddlebag then. Normally the left side. Mine with the S2 has two amps, one in the fairing and one under the tourpack (which I installed). Those amps are 300 watts each. Your bike came with a 600 watt system. Something isn't adding up Unless they changed the amp to a 600 watt amp which I have heard nothing about since the '18 was introduced almost 18 months ago.

I hope like hell they didn't "forget about it on the bench" and didn't return it to you. You can also go look in your left saddlebag and see if it's still there. You should have an extra hole in that bag and a harness going into it.
