Black with silver diamond stitching. Rode it 10 miles. Sits me about 2 inches back. Too far back for my liking. Out the door is about $630 with shipping at Saddleman website. Fits 08? To current Road glide. Was on my 18RGS. I bought it online from a guy who never installed it. $425 plus shipping via USPS or UPS. Local pick up in Bucks County, PA.
Here's my impressions of the seat if anyone has been looking for info. I am replacing the CVO solo seat. The CVO seat moved me down about an inch from factory and about same front to back distance as stock. The Saddleman moved me up about an inch and back probably 2 inches. (My arms are now fully extended to reach the bars. I'm 5'-8") Despite moving up, the reach to the ground feels about the same due to the narrower seat. It's definitely a firm seat. The edges are squared off which was a little uncomfortable when putting my legs down, but I don't really care about that as you don't sit like that too often. Definitely locked in when accelerating and the lower back support feels nice. I only got to ride it about 10 miles. For me the reach may be a little too far, and it makes me feel like I'm sitting on top of the bike instead of in it. I found the CVO seat plenty comfortable and was just looking for the back support. I'll probably try it for a few more rides to see if it grows on me but my gut feeling is it's too far back and up for me to love. I most likely will end up selling and trying the Predator 3. It's definitely a very nicely made quality seat. Far nicer than the cvo or stock Harley 2 up.
Yeah I saw those as well. Don't care for the look. I love the CVO seat even on long days so I'll be holding onto it. Just trying to see if I can find something a little more supportive for those long days. Plus I love the way the bike looks with a solo seat.
I get it 100% man....I don't like the looks at all either............not on my RGs and especially not on my ST...........but fuck me if it is not the only thing that lets me do 500 mile days and walk the following day
