One bit of advise when it comes to buying the Glove Box covers.
The hinge parts that attach the covers to the inner fairing are NOT available separately.
If you don't have the parts to attach the cover, you can't buy them.
And if you buy the covers, check to see if the seller is selling the entire cover.
Some will say it is the complete cover, but not include the hinge parts.
I know this because I had the same problem. A new cover from Harley is about $40 so don't get takes.
And the covers are the same back to 1998.
Part numbers are as follows:
58727-98B cover assembly, Right
58728-98B cover assembly, left

yaS wa'DIch la'Hom Ho'neH jorDe' vestai-VamPyr
IKRV Hurgh HaP, Ring of Fire Fleet, Order of the Bat'Leth

Vietnam Veteran, PGR, Widow's Son, "lIgh tlhab" (Ride Free)
